Join us Saturday, April 26th from 1 to 3 pm at the Dudley Farm in North Guilford for a class on Foraging and Fermenting! CT Foraging Club founder Amy Demers and forager and chef Vinny Crotta will be co-teaching this class.
Come learn how to positively identify edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms that may be found this time of year. We will go on a walk to practice plant and mushroom identification; participants will then have an opportunity to practice making their own wild ferments to bring home.
Fee for this class is $35 per person, with a portion of the sales donated to the Dudley Foundation. To reserve your spot, email [email protected] with the full name of all participants.
